APRIL 30, 2006 CENTRAL ILLINOIS
Filmed a tornado 3 miles South of Lincoln, IL at 4:15 p.m. Although a tornado warning was never issued a tornado is visible that is somewhat shrouded by the rain in the video. Eventually the funnel becomes clearly visible once the rain moves out of the way. The condensation funnel was all the way to the ground prior to the video. It took me a good 12 seconds to grab my camcorder out of the backseat and start filming. A full report will be written whenever I get around to doing so.
